Description
Juicy drumsticks marinated in mint and spices, cooked to perfection in an air fryer.
Ingredients
- 6 chicken drumsticks
- 1/4 cup fresh mint leaves
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp paprika
Instructions
- Blend mint, garlic, lemon juice, olive oil, salt, pepper, and paprika to make marinade.
- Coat drumsticks evenly with marinade.
- Refrigerate for 1 hour.
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Place drumsticks in air fryer basket.
- Cook for 20 minutes, flipping halfway.
- Check internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).

- Marinate longer for deeper flavor.
