A quick and easy recipe for crispy air-fried tilapia ready in just 15 minutes.
Ingredients
- 2 tilapia fillets (about 6 oz each)
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp dried thyme
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Pat tilapia fillets dry with paper towels.
- Brush both sides with olive oil.
- Mix spices in a small bowl.
- Sprinkle spice mix evenly over both sides of fillets.
- Place fillets in air fryer basket in single layer.
- Cook for 8-10 minutes until golden and flaky.
- Serve immediately.

- Check doneness at 8 minutes.
- Adjust cook time for thicker fillets.
