A quick and easy air fryer crunchwrap that mimics your favorite fast-food style in just 2 minutes.
Ingredients
- 1 large flour tortilla
- 1/2 cup seasoned ground beef or plant-based crumbles
- 1/4 cup shredded cheese
- 2 tbsp sour cream or vegan alternative
- 2 tbsp diced tomatoes
- 1 tbsp diced onions
- 1 tbsp chopped lettuce
- 1 tostada shell or a handful of tortilla chips for crunch
Instructions
- Lay the flour tortilla flat on a clean surface.
- Spread the sour cream in the center of the tortilla.
- Add the seasoned ground beef, cheese, tomatoes, onions, and lettuce.
- Place the tostada shell or crushed tortilla chips on top.
- Fold the edges of the tortilla toward the center, creating pleats.
- Place the crunchwrap seam-side down in the air fryer basket.
- Air fry at 375°F for 2 minutes or until golden and crispy.
- Serve immediately.
Notes
- For a crispier texture, spray the top lightly with oil.
- Customize with jalapeños or hot sauce if you prefer spice.
