Description

Quick and easy meal prep bowls made in the air fryer. Perfect for batch cooking and saving time during the week.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked rice
  • 1 lb chicken breast, diced
  • 1 bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 zucchini, sliced
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp garlic powder


Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 375°F.
  2. Toss chicken with olive oil, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
  3. Air fry chicken for 12 minutes, shaking halfway.
  4. Add bell pepper and zucchini to the air fryer. Cook for 8 minutes.
  5. Divide rice and cooked ingredients into meal prep bowls.
  6. Store in the fridge for up to 4 days.
