Description
Quick and easy meal prep bowls made in the air fryer. Perfect for batch cooking and saving time during the week.
Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked rice
- 1 lb chicken breast, diced
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 1 zucchini, sliced
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp garlic powder
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F.
- Toss chicken with olive oil, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
- Air fry chicken for 12 minutes, shaking halfway.
- Add bell pepper and zucchini to the air fryer. Cook for 8 minutes.
- Divide rice and cooked ingredients into meal prep bowls.
- Store in the fridge for up to 4 days.
Notes
- Use any vegetables you prefer.
- Adjust seasoning to taste.
- Reheat in the microwave for 2 minutes.
