Description

Ingredients

  • 2 medium potatoes
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder


Instructions

  1. Wash and cut the potatoes into wedges.
  2. Pat them dry with a paper towel.
  3. Toss the wedges with olive oil, salt, paprika, black pepper, and garlic powder.
  4. Preheat the air fryer to 200°C (390°F).
  5. Place the wedges in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  6. Cook for 8 minutes, shaking halfway through.
  7. Serve hot.
