Ingredients
- 2 medium potatoes
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
Instructions
- Wash and cut the potatoes into wedges.
- Pat them dry with a paper towel.
- Toss the wedges with olive oil, salt, paprika, black pepper, and garlic powder.
- Preheat the air fryer to 200°C (390°F).
- Place the wedges in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 8 minutes, shaking halfway through.
- Serve hot.
Notes
- For extra crispiness, soak the wedges in cold water for 10 minutes before drying.
