Ingredients
- 1 medium acorn squash
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Cut the acorn squash in half and remove the seeds.
- Slice the squash into thin fry-shaped strips.
- Toss the strips with olive oil, salt, pepper, paprika, and garlic powder.
- Spread the fries on a baking sheet in a single layer.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and crispy.
- Serve immediately.
Notes
- For extra crispiness, place the fries on a wire rack over the baking sheet.
