Description

Quick and easy breakfast muffins made in the air fryer in just 30 minutes.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tbsp melted butter
  • 1/4 cup blueberries (optional)


Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
  3. Add milk, egg, vanilla extract, and melted butter. Stir until smooth.
  4. Fold in blueberries if using.
  5. Pour batter into greased muffin cups, filling halfway.
  6. Air fry for 10-12 minutes until golden brown.
  7. Let cool for 2 minutes before serving.

Notes

  • Adjust sugar to taste.
