Description

Ingredients

  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 whole-grain or gluten-free buns
  • Lettuce and tomato for serving


Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Mix almond flour, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  3. Beat the egg in a separate bowl.
  4. Dip each chicken breast in the egg, then coat with the almond flour mixture.
  5. Place the coated chicken in the air fryer basket and drizzle with olive oil.
  6. Cook for 12-15 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and crispy.
