Description

A hearty and comforting casserole made easy in your air fryer. Perfect for a quick and delicious meal.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, diced
  • 1 cup cooked ham, diced
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup onion, finely chopped
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup frozen mixed vegetables, thawed
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted


Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix chicken, ham, cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, onion, cream of chicken soup, mixed vegetables, salt, and pepper.
  3. Transfer the mixture to an air fryer-safe baking dish.
  4. In a small bowl, combine breadcrumbs and melted butter. Sprinkle over the casserole.
  5. Place the dish in the air fryer and cook for 15-20 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the casserole is heated through.
  6. Remove from the air fryer and let it cool slightly before serving.

Notes

  • You can substitute chicken or ham with turkey or bacon.
  • Use gluten-free breadcrumbs if needed.
