Description

Crispy air-fried arancini risotto balls filled with melted cheese and herbs.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked risotto
  • 1/2 cup grated mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Cooking spray


Instructions

  1. Mix risotto, mozzarella, Parmesan, egg, breadcrumbs, oregano, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  2. Shape the mixture into small balls.
  3. Preheat air fryer to 375°F for 5 minutes.
  4. Place arancini in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  5. Spray lightly with cooking spray.
  6. Air fry for 8-10 minutes until golden brown.
  7. Serve warm.
