Description
A quick and healthy avocado toast with feta and cranberries, made crispy and delicious in the air fryer.
Ingredients
- 1 ripe avocado
- 2 slices whole grain bread
- 2 tbsp crumbled feta cheese
- 1 tbsp dried cranberries
- 1 tsp olive oil
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Mash the avocado in a bowl and season with salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes.
- Lightly brush the bread slices with olive oil.
- Spread the mashed avocado evenly on the bread.
- Sprinkle feta cheese and cranberries on top.
- Place the toast in the air fryer basket and cook for 4-5 minutes until crispy.
- Serve immediately.
Notes
- Adjust seasoning to taste.
- Use gluten-free bread if needed.
- Replace feta with goat cheese for variation.
- For extra crunch, toast the bread before adding toppings.
