Description

A quick and healthy avocado toast with feta and cranberries, made crispy and delicious in the air fryer.


Ingredients

  • 1 ripe avocado
  • 2 slices whole grain bread
  • 2 tbsp crumbled feta cheese
  • 1 tbsp dried cranberries
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)


Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Mash the avocado in a bowl and season with salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes.
  3. Lightly brush the bread slices with olive oil.
  4. Spread the mashed avocado evenly on the bread.
  5. Sprinkle feta cheese and cranberries on top.
  6. Place the toast in the air fryer basket and cook for 4-5 minutes until crispy.
  7. Serve immediately.
