Description
Make a crispy and delicious bacon fried egg sandwich using your air fryer. Quick, easy, and perfect for breakfast or brunch.
Ingredients
- 2 slices of bread
- 2 large eggs
- 4 slices of bacon
- 1 tbsp butter
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 370°F (190°C).
- Place the bacon in the air fryer basket and cook for 5 minutes, flipping halfway.
- Remove the bacon and set aside. Keep the air fryer on.
- Butter one side of each bread slice.
- Place one slice butter-side down in the air fryer basket.
- Crack the eggs onto the bread, season with salt and pepper.
- Top with bacon and the second bread slice, butter-side up.
- Air fry for 3-4 minutes, until the bread is golden and the eggs are cooked.
- Serve hot.

- Use thick-cut bacon for extra crispiness.
