A delicious twist on grilled cheeseburgers with bacon jam, perfect for Thanksgiving.
Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 4 slices cheddar cheese
- 4 hamburger buns
- 1/2 cup bacon jam
- 1 tbsp butter
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 375°F.
- Shape the ground beef into 4 patties and season with salt and pepper.
- Air fry the patties for 8 minutes, flipping halfway.
- Add a slice of cheese to each patty and air fry for 1 more minute.
- Butter the buns and toast them in the air fryer for 2 minutes.
- Spread bacon jam on the buns, add the patties, and serve.

- Use thick-cut bacon for the jam for better texture.
