Description

A savory meatloaf with bacon, mushrooms, and Swiss cheese, cooked in an air fryer for a crispy outside and juicy inside.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cup diced mushrooms
  • 4 slices cooked bacon, crumbled
  • 1/2 cup shredded Swiss cheese
  • 1/4 cup ketchup
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper


Instructions

  1. Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix ground beef, breadcrumbs, egg, mushrooms, bacon, Swiss cheese, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Shape the mixture into a loaf and place it in the air fryer basket.
  4. Cook for 25-30 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (71°C).
  5. Let rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
