Description
A savory meatloaf with bacon, mushrooms, and Swiss cheese, cooked in an air fryer for a crispy outside and juicy inside.
Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup diced mushrooms
- 4 slices cooked bacon, crumbled
- 1/2 cup shredded Swiss cheese
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix ground beef, breadcrumbs, egg, mushrooms, bacon, Swiss cheese, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Shape the mixture into a loaf and place it in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 25-30 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (71°C).
- Let rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
Notes
- For extra crispiness, brush the top with a little ketchup before cooking.
- Check doneness with a meat thermometer.
- Leftovers can be refrigerated for up to 3 days.
