Description

Delicious homemade crispy bacon ranch chicken wraps made in an air fryer, perfect for Thanksgiving.


Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 8 slices of bacon
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tbsp olive oil


Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Season the chicken breasts with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
  3. Place the chicken in the air fryer basket and cook for 12-15 minutes, flipping halfway, until fully cooked.
  4. While the chicken cooks, fry the bacon in a skillet until crispy, then drain on paper towels.
  5. Remove the chicken from the air fryer and let it rest for 2 minutes, then slice into strips.
  6. Assemble the wraps by spreading ranch dressing on each tortilla, then adding chicken, bacon, and shredded cheese.
  7. Roll the tortillas tightly, tucking in the sides.
  8. Brush the wraps lightly with olive oil and place them back in the air fryer for 3-4 minutes until crispy.
  9. Slice in half and serve warm.
