Description
Delicious homemade crispy bacon ranch chicken wraps made in an air fryer, perfect for Thanksgiving.
Ingredients
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 8 slices of bacon
- 1/2 cup ranch dressing
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Season the chicken breasts with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
- Place the chicken in the air fryer basket and cook for 12-15 minutes, flipping halfway, until fully cooked.
- While the chicken cooks, fry the bacon in a skillet until crispy, then drain on paper towels.
- Remove the chicken from the air fryer and let it rest for 2 minutes, then slice into strips.
- Assemble the wraps by spreading ranch dressing on each tortilla, then adding chicken, bacon, and shredded cheese.
- Roll the tortillas tightly, tucking in the sides.
- Brush the wraps lightly with olive oil and place them back in the air fryer for 3-4 minutes until crispy.
- Slice in half and serve warm.
Notes
- Use thick-cut bacon for extra crispiness.
- For a spicier version, add hot sauce to the ranch dressing.
- Serve with extra ranch for dipping.
