Crispy bacon-wrapped jalapeño cheese sticks made in an air fryer for a quick and delicious snack.
Ingredients
- 6 large jalapeños
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 12 slices bacon
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
Instructions
- Cut jalapeños in half lengthwise and remove seeds.
- Mix cream cheese, cheddar cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, and smoked paprika in a bowl.
- Fill each jalapeño half with the cheese mixture.
- Wrap each stuffed jalapeño with a slice of bacon.
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Place bacon-wrapped jalapeños in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 10-12 minutes until bacon is crispy.
- Let cool for 2 minutes before serving.
