Description
Moist and delicious banana bread made quickly and easily in an air fryer.
Ingredients
- 2 ripe bananas, mashed
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 320°F (160°C) for 5 minutes.
- Mix mashed bananas, sugar, butter, egg, and vanilla in a bowl.
- Stir in flour, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon until combined.
- Pour batter into a greased loaf pan that fits your air fryer.
- Cook for 30-35 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let cool for 10 minutes before slicing.
Notes
- Use very ripe bananas for best flavor.
- Check doneness 5 minutes early as cooking times vary.
- Double the recipe for a larger loaf.
- Add nuts or chocolate chips if desired.
