Description

Moist and delicious banana bread made quickly and easily in an air fryer.


Ingredients

  • 2 ripe bananas, mashed
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon


Instructions

  1. Preheat air fryer to 320°F (160°C) for 5 minutes.
  2. Mix mashed bananas, sugar, butter, egg, and vanilla in a bowl.
  3. Stir in flour, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon until combined.
  4. Pour batter into a greased loaf pan that fits your air fryer.
  5. Cook for 30-35 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.
  6. Let cool for 10 minutes before slicing.

Notes
