Crispy and delicious banana chips made in an air fryer. A healthy snack option that’s easy to prepare.
Ingredients
- 2 large ripe bananas
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon (optional)
- 1 tbsp coconut oil (optional)
Instructions
- Peel the bananas and slice them thinly.
- Toss the banana slices with lemon juice to prevent browning.
- Sprinkle salt and cinnamon (if using) over the slices.
- Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- Lightly grease the air fryer basket with coconut oil (optional).
- Arrange banana slices in a single layer in the basket.
- Air fry for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and crispy.
- Let cool before serving.

- Use firm bananas for best results.
- Store in an airtight container to maintain crispiness.
