Description
Crispy homemade banana chips made easily in your air fryer. A healthy snack with minimal oil and maximum flavor.
Ingredients
- 2 ripe but firm bananas
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp coconut oil (optional)
Instructions
- Slice bananas thinly (2-3mm thick).
- Toss slices with lemon juice and salt.
- Preheat air fryer to 320°F (160°C).
- Arrange banana slices in a single layer in the basket.
- Cook for 8-10 minutes, flip halfway through.
- Cook 2-3 more minutes until golden and crisp.
- Let cool completely before serving.
Notes
- Use slightly underripe bananas for crispier chips.
- Store in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
- Thinner slices yield crispier results.
