  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp coconut oil (optional)


Instructions

  1. Slice bananas thinly (2-3mm thick).
  2. Toss slices with lemon juice and salt.
  3. Preheat air fryer to 320°F (160°C).
  4. Arrange banana slices in a single layer in the basket.
  5. Cook for 8-10 minutes, flip halfway through.
  6. Cook 2-3 more minutes until golden and crisp.
  7. Let cool completely before serving.

Notes

  • Use slightly underripe bananas for crispier chips.
