Description
A quick and easy breakfast made with banana, cinnamon, and bread, cooked in an air fryer for a crispy finish.
Ingredients
- 4 slices of bread
- 1 ripe banana
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1 tbsp brown sugar
Instructions
- Cut bread into sticks.
- Mash banana and mix with egg, milk, and cinnamon.
- Dip bread sticks into the banana mixture.
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F.
- Place sticks in air fryer and cook for 5 minutes.
- Flip and cook for another 3 minutes.
- Melt butter and brown sugar in a pan.
- Drizzle sauce over sticks before serving.
Notes
- Use firm bread for better texture.
- Adjust cinnamon to taste.
- Serve immediately for best crispiness.
