Description
Delicious banana pudding cheesecake bars made in the air fryer for a creamy and irresistible dessert.
Ingredients
- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 3 tbsp melted butter
- 1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 ripe banana, mashed
- 1/2 cup whipped topping
- 1/2 cup vanilla pudding mix
- 1/2 cup milk
- Banana slices for garnish
Instructions
- Mix graham cracker crumbs with melted butter and press into a lined air fryer pan.
- Bake crust in the air fryer at 320°F for 5 minutes.
- Beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
- Add mashed banana, whipped topping, pudding mix, and milk. Mix well.
- Pour filling over the crust and smooth the top.
- Air fry at 300°F for 15-18 minutes until set.
- Chill for at least 2 hours before slicing.
- Garnish with banana slices before serving.
Notes
- Use ripe bananas for the best flavor.
- Let cheesecake cool completely before slicing.
- Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 3 days.
