Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1/2 lb bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1 box (9 oz) no-boil lasagna noodles
  • 1 cup BBQ sauce
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup diced onions
  • 1/2 cup pickles, chopped
  • 1/4 cup ketchup
  • 2 tbsp mustard
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp salt


Instructions

  1. Preheat air fryer to 375°F.
  2. Brown ground beef with onions, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Drain excess fat.
  3. Mix cooked beef with ketchup, mustard, and BBQ sauce.
  4. Layer lasagna noodles in an air fryer-safe dish.
  5. Spread beef mixture over noodles. Sprinkle bacon and pickles.
  6. Add cheese evenly. Repeat layers until all ingredients are used.
  7. Top with remaining cheese.
  8. Air fry for 15-20 minutes until cheese melts and noodles soften.
  9. Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
