Description
A delicious twist on classic lasagna using air-fried BBQ bacon cheeseburger flavors. Layers of pasta, beef, bacon, cheese, and BBQ sauce create a hearty meal.
Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1/2 lb bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1 box (9 oz) no-boil lasagna noodles
- 1 cup BBQ sauce
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup diced onions
- 1/2 cup pickles, chopped
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 2 tbsp mustard
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp salt
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F.
- Brown ground beef with onions, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Drain excess fat.
- Mix cooked beef with ketchup, mustard, and BBQ sauce.
- Layer lasagna noodles in an air fryer-safe dish.
- Spread beef mixture over noodles. Sprinkle bacon and pickles.
- Add cheese evenly. Repeat layers until all ingredients are used.
- Top with remaining cheese.
- Air fry for 15-20 minutes until cheese melts and noodles soften.
- Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
Notes
- Use thick-cut bacon for better texture.
- Adjust BBQ sauce to taste.
- Check lasagna after 15 minutes to prevent burning.
