Make juicy and flavorful BBQ chicken thighs in your air fryer with minimal effort.
Ingredients
- 4 chicken thighs, bone-in and skin-on
- 1/2 cup BBQ sauce
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Pat chicken thighs dry with paper towels.
- Rub olive oil on chicken thighs.
- Mix paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Coat chicken thighs with the spice mixture.
- Place chicken thighs in air fryer basket.
- Cook for 15 minutes.
- Flip chicken thighs and brush with BBQ sauce.
- Cook for another 5-7 minutes until internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
- Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
