Description

Make juicy and flavorful BBQ chicken thighs in your air fryer with minimal effort.


Ingredients

  • 4 chicken thighs, bone-in and skin-on
  • 1/2 cup BBQ sauce
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper


Instructions

  1. Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Pat chicken thighs dry with paper towels.
  3. Rub olive oil on chicken thighs.
  4. Mix paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  5. Coat chicken thighs with the spice mixture.
  6. Place chicken thighs in air fryer basket.
  7. Cook for 15 minutes.
  8. Flip chicken thighs and brush with BBQ sauce.
  9. Cook for another 5-7 minutes until internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  10. Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
