Ingredients
- 4 large potatoes, cut into wedges
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 2 cups cooked BBQ pulled pork
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup BBQ sauce
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Toss potato wedges with olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Air fry wedges for 15-20 minutes, shaking halfway, until crispy.
- Top wedges with pulled pork and cheese. Air fry for 2-3 minutes until cheese melts.
- Drizzle with BBQ sauce and sour cream. Sprinkle green onions on top.
- Serve immediately.
