Description
Juicy beef meatballs cooked in an air fryer and served with marinara sauce.
Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 cup marinara sauce
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F.
- Mix ground beef, breadcrumbs, Parmesan, egg, garlic powder, oregano, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Shape mixture into 1-inch meatballs.
- Place meatballs in air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 10 minutes, shaking basket halfway.
- Heat marinara sauce in a saucepan.
- Serve meatballs with marinara sauce.
