Ingredients
- 1 sirloin steak (about 1 inch thick)
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp paprika (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 3 minutes.
- Pat the steak dry with paper towels.
- Rub the steak with olive oil and season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
- Place the steak in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 6-8 minutes for medium-rare, flipping halfway through.
- Let the steak rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
