Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 tbsp taco seasoning
- 8 small taco shells
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/2 cup shredded cheese
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup salsa
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
- Add taco seasoning and 1/4 cup water to the beef. Simmer for 5 minutes.
- Place taco shells in the air fryer basket. Heat for 2 minutes to crisp them.
- Fill each shell with beef, lettuce, tomatoes, cheese, sour cream, and salsa.
- Serve immediately.
