Description
A healthy and delicious pizza with a chickpea crust and beet topping, made in an air fryer.
Ingredients
- 1 cup chickpea flour
- 1 cup water
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 small beet, thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup tomato sauce
- 1/2 tsp dried oregano
- 1/4 cup shredded mozzarella (optional)
Instructions
- Mix chickpea flour, water, salt, and olive oil to form a batter.
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Spread the batter in a thin layer on parchment paper.
- Air fry the crust for 8-10 minutes until firm.
- Spread tomato sauce over the crust.
- Arrange beet slices on top.
- Sprinkle oregano and mozzarella if using.
- Air fry for another 5-7 minutes until toppings are cooked.
Notes
- For a crispier crust, air fry an extra 2 minutes.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 2 days.
