Description

A quick and easy twist on the classic Big Mac, made in your air fryer for a crispy finish.


Ingredients

  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 tbsp Big Mac sauce
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1/2 cup diced onions
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup diced pickles
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp olive oil


Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Season the ground beef with salt and pepper, then cook in a skillet until browned.
  3. Drain excess fat and mix in the Big Mac sauce.
  4. Lay out the tortillas and evenly distribute the beef mixture.
  5. Top with lettuce, onions, cheese, and pickles.
  6. Roll the tortillas tightly, tucking in the sides.
  7. Brush the wraps lightly with olive oil.
  8. Place in the air fryer basket and cook for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway.
  9. Serve warm.
