A quick and easy twist on the classic Big Mac, made in your air fryer for a crispy finish.
Ingredients
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 tbsp Big Mac sauce
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 1/2 cup diced onions
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup diced pickles
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Season the ground beef with salt and pepper, then cook in a skillet until browned.
- Drain excess fat and mix in the Big Mac sauce.
- Lay out the tortillas and evenly distribute the beef mixture.
- Top with lettuce, onions, cheese, and pickles.
- Roll the tortillas tightly, tucking in the sides.
- Brush the wraps lightly with olive oil.
- Place in the air fryer basket and cook for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway.
- Serve warm.
Notes
- Use lean ground beef for less grease.
- Customize with extra toppings if desired.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 2 days.
