Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- 1 tbsp water
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 375°F.
- In a bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, egg, onion, garlic, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
- Form the mixture into 4 equal-sized patties.
- Place the patties in the air fryer basket and cook for 10 minutes, flipping halfway through.
- In a small saucepan, heat beef broth over medium heat.
- Mix cornstarch and water in a small bowl, then add to the broth. Stir until thickened.
- Serve the patties with the gravy on top.
Notes
- You can use ground turkey instead of beef for a lighter version.
