Description
Crispy and flavorful Brazilian-style chicken wings made in an air fryer.
Ingredients
- 1 lb chicken wings
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 lime, juiced
- 2 tbsp chopped cilantro
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Pat chicken wings dry with paper towels.
- In a bowl, mix olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, cumin, salt, and black pepper.
- Toss wings in the spice mixture until evenly coated.
- Place wings in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 12 minutes, flip, then cook another 10 minutes until crispy.
- Squeeze lime juice over wings and sprinkle with cilantro before serving.
Notes
- For extra crispiness, pat wings dry thoroughly before seasoning.
- Adjust cooking time based on your air fryer model.
- Serve with lime wedges for extra tang.
