Description

A quick and easy breakfast pizza made with sausage, eggs, and cheese cooked in an air fryer.


Ingredients

  • 1/2 lb breakfast sausage
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 pre-made pizza crust
  • 1/4 cup diced bell peppers
  • 1/4 cup diced onions
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper


Instructions

  1. Preheat air fryer to 375°F.
  2. Cook sausage in a skillet until browned.
  3. Spread pizza crust in the air fryer basket.
  4. Top with sausage, bell peppers, and onions.
  5. Whisk eggs with salt and pepper, then pour over the crust.
  6. Sprinkle cheese on top.
