Description
A quick and easy breakfast pizza made with sausage, eggs, and cheese cooked in an air fryer.
Ingredients
- 1/2 lb breakfast sausage
- 4 eggs
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 pre-made pizza crust
- 1/4 cup diced bell peppers
- 1/4 cup diced onions
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F.
- Cook sausage in a skillet until browned.
- Spread pizza crust in the air fryer basket.
- Top with sausage, bell peppers, and onions.
- Whisk eggs with salt and pepper, then pour over the crust.
- Sprinkle cheese on top.
- Air fry for 10-12 minutes until eggs are set.
- Slice and serve hot.
Notes
- Use pre-cooked sausage for faster prep.
- Add hot sauce for extra flavor.
- Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 2 days.
