Ingredients

  • 1 lb brisket, thinly sliced
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp cumin
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 4 corn tortillas
  • 1/2 cup cotija cheese, crumbled
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1 lime, juiced
  • 1/4 cup cilantro, chopped
  • 1/2 cup corn kernels, grilled or roasted
  • 1/2 tsp chili powder


Instructions

  1. Preheat air fryer to 375°F.
  2. Toss brisket with olive oil, smoked paprika, garlic powder, cumin, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Air fry brisket for 12-15 minutes, flipping halfway, until crispy.
  4. Mix mayonnaise, sour cream, lime juice, and chili powder in a bowl.
