Description

A healthy and delicious air fryer dish combining broccoli, cauliflower, and cottage cheese for a protein-packed meal.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 2 cups cauliflower florets
  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese (optional)


Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Toss broccoli and cauliflower with olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Place the vegetables in the air fryer basket and cook for 10 minutes, shaking halfway.
  4. Remove the vegetables and mix with cottage cheese.
  5. Return to the air fryer and cook for 5 more minutes.
  6. Sprinkle with cheddar cheese if using and cook for 1-2 minutes until melted.
  7. Serve hot.

Notes

  • You can use frozen vegetables if fresh are unavailable.
