Description
A healthy and delicious air fryer dish combining broccoli, cauliflower, and cottage cheese for a protein-packed meal.
Ingredients
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 2 cups cauliflower florets
- 1 cup cottage cheese
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Toss broccoli and cauliflower with olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Place the vegetables in the air fryer basket and cook for 10 minutes, shaking halfway.
- Remove the vegetables and mix with cottage cheese.
- Return to the air fryer and cook for 5 more minutes.
- Sprinkle with cheddar cheese if using and cook for 1-2 minutes until melted.
- Serve hot.
Notes
- You can use frozen vegetables if fresh are unavailable.
- Adjust cooking time based on your air fryer model.
- Add red pepper flakes for extra spice.
