Ingredients
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/3 cup cocoa powder
- 1 tbsp instant espresso powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 320°F (160°C).
- Mix melted butter and sugar in a bowl.
- Add eggs and vanilla, then whisk until smooth.
- Sift flour, cocoa powder, espresso powder, and salt into the mixture.
- Fold in chocolate chips.
- Pour batter into a greased baking pan that fits in the air fryer.
- Air fry for 18-20 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let cool before slicing.
