Ingredients
- 4 bone-in, skin-on chicken thighs
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 2 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp dried parsley
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for 5 minutes.
- In a bowl, mix parmesan, garlic powder, paprika, salt, pepper, and parsley.
- Pat chicken thighs dry with paper towels, then rub them with olive oil.
- Coat each thigh evenly with the seasoning mix.
- Place chicken in the air fryer basket, skin-side down.
- Cook for 12 minutes, then flip and cook another 10-12 minutes until internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
- Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
