Ingredients
- 4 bone-in, skin-on chicken thighs
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Pat the chicken thighs dry with paper towels.
- Rub the chicken with olive oil, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
- Place the chicken thighs in the air fryer basket, skin side down.
- Cook for 12 minutes, then flip and cook for another 10 minutes.
- Mix honey, Dijon mustard, and apple cider vinegar in a small bowl.
