Description

Crispy, spicy, and cheesy buffalo chicken bombs made with biscuit dough and cooked in an air fryer for a quick and delicious snack.


Ingredients

  • 1 can (16.3 oz) refrigerated biscuit dough
  • 1 cup cooked shredded chicken
  • 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions
  • 1 tbsp melted butter
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder


Instructions

  1. Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix shredded chicken, buffalo sauce, cheddar cheese, cream cheese, green onions, and garlic powder.
  3. Separate biscuit dough into individual pieces and flatten each into a 4-inch circle.
  4. Spoon 2 tbsp of the chicken mixture onto each biscuit circle.
  5. Fold the edges over the filling and pinch to seal tightly.
  6. Brush the tops with melted butter.
  7. Place bombs in the air fryer basket, leaving space between them.
  8. Cook for 8-10 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
  9. Let cool for 2 minutes before serving.
