A quick and easy recipe for crispy buffalo chicken pizza made in an air fryer.
Ingredients
- 1 pre-made pizza crust
- 1 cup cooked chicken, shredded
- 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup blue cheese crumbles
- 1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp garlic powder
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Brush pizza crust with olive oil and sprinkle with garlic powder.
- Spread buffalo sauce evenly over the crust.
- Top with shredded chicken, mozzarella cheese, blue cheese crumbles, and red onion.
- Place pizza in the air fryer basket and cook for 8-10 minutes until cheese is melted and crust is crispy.
- Let cool for 2 minutes before slicing.

- Use rotisserie chicken for faster prep.
