Description

Crispy mac-and-cheese sticks coated with buffalo sauce, made easily in your air fryer.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked macaroni
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup buffalo sauce
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1/4 cup flour
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper


Instructions

  1. Mix macaroni, cheese, and buffalo sauce in a bowl.
  2. Shape into sticks and freeze for 15 minutes.
  3. Dip each stick in flour, then egg, then breadcrumbs.
  4. Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  5. Place sticks in air fryer basket, spray lightly with oil.
  6. Cook for 8-10 minutes until golden and crispy.
  7. Serve with extra buffalo sauce for dipping.

  • Use day-old macaroni for better texture.
