Description
Make air fryer burrata grilled cheese for a quick, gourmet sandwich.
Ingredients
- 4 slices sourdough bread
- 8 oz burrata cheese
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp dried oregano
Instructions
- Spread olive oil on both sides of each bread slice.
- Place burrata on two slices and sprinkle with oregano.
- Top with remaining bread slices to form sandwiches.
- Air fry at 375°F for 6 minutes, flipping halfway.
- Serve warm.
