Ingredients
- 1 medium butternut squash
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
Instructions
- Peel and cut the butternut squash into thin fry-shaped strips.
- In a bowl, toss the squash strips with olive oil, salt, pepper, paprika, and garlic powder.
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Place the squash strips in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 12-15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until crispy.
- Serve immediately.
