Description
A quick and easy dish combining the flavors of cabbage rolls with the convenience of a pizza bowl, made in an air fryer.
Ingredients
- 1 small cabbage, shredded (about 4 cups)
- 1 cup marinara sauce
- 1 cup cooked ground beef
- 1/2 cup cooked rice
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup diced onions
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix shredded cabbage, marinara sauce, ground beef, rice, onions, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
- Divide the mixture into 2 oven-safe bowls or ramekins.
- Sprinkle mozzarella cheese on top.
- Place bowls in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 10-12 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Remove carefully and let cool for 2 minutes before serving.
Notes
- Use pre-cooked rice to save time.
- Adjust spices to your taste.
- For a vegetarian option, replace ground beef with lentils.
