Description
Crispy homemade chips with a spicy Cajun kick, made easily in your air fryer.
Ingredients
- 2 large potatoes
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp Cajun seasoning
- 1/2 tsp salt
Instructions
- Wash and slice potatoes into thin rounds.
- Toss slices with olive oil, Cajun seasoning, and salt.
- Preheat air fryer to 180°C (360°F).
- Arrange slices in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 12-15 minutes, flipping halfway, until crispy.
- Serve immediately.
Notes
- For extra crispiness, soak potato slices in cold water for 30 minutes before drying and seasoning.
- Adjust Cajun seasoning to taste for more or less heat.
