Description
Crispy air-fried chicken nuggets coated in bold Cajun spices, served with a creamy Creole mayo dip.
Ingredients
- 1 lb chicken breast, cut into 1-inch pieces
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tsp Cajun seasoning
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp Creole mustard
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp hot sauce (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix chicken with olive oil, Cajun seasoning, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
- Coat chicken pieces evenly with breadcrumbs.
- Place nuggets in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and crispy.
- For the Creole mayo, mix mayonnaise, Creole mustard, lemon juice, and hot sauce.
- Serve nuggets hot with the dipping sauce.

- Use panko breadcrumbs for extra crispiness.
