Description
A quick and delicious breakfast sandwich made with Canadian bacon and English muffin, cooked in an air fryer.
Ingredients
- 1 English muffin, split
- 1 slice Canadian bacon
- 1 egg
- 1 slice cheese (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- Lightly toast the English muffin halves in the air fryer for 2 minutes.
- Add Canadian bacon to the air fryer and cook for 3 minutes.
- Cook the egg in a small pan or in the air fryer for 3–4 minutes.
- Assemble the sandwich with the egg, bacon, and cheese (if using).
Notes
- For crispier bacon, increase cooking time by 1 minute.
- Use any cheese you prefer.
