Description

A quick and easy breakfast sandwich made with canned biscuits and cooked in an air fryer.


Ingredients

  • 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough
  • 4 eggs
  • 4 slices cheese
  • 4 slices cooked bacon or ham
  • 1 tbsp butter or oil (optional)


Instructions

  1. Preheat air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Separate biscuit dough and flatten each into a round shape.
  3. Cook biscuits in air fryer for 5 minutes, then flip and cook 3 more minutes.
  4. Remove biscuits and set aside.
  5. Crack eggs into air fryer basket (use butter or oil if needed) and cook for 4 minutes.
  6. Assemble sandwiches with biscuit, egg, cheese, and bacon or ham.
  7. Return to air fryer for 1 minute to melt cheese.
  8. Serve warm.
