Description
A quick and easy breakfast sandwich made with canned biscuits and cooked in an air fryer.
Ingredients
- 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough
- 4 eggs
- 4 slices cheese
- 4 slices cooked bacon or ham
- 1 tbsp butter or oil (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- Separate biscuit dough and flatten each into a round shape.
- Cook biscuits in air fryer for 5 minutes, then flip and cook 3 more minutes.
- Remove biscuits and set aside.
- Crack eggs into air fryer basket (use butter or oil if needed) and cook for 4 minutes.
- Assemble sandwiches with biscuit, egg, cheese, and bacon or ham.
- Return to air fryer for 1 minute to melt cheese.
- Serve warm.

- Use parchment paper for easier cleanup.
