Ingredients
- 1 cup cassava flour
- 1/4 cup water
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1/4 tsp salt
Instructions
- Mix cassava flour, water, olive oil, and salt in a bowl
- Knead dough until smooth
- Roll dough thin between parchment paper
- Cut into triangle shapes
- Preheat air fryer to 350°F
- Cook chips for 8-10 minutes until crispy
- Flip halfway through cooking
- Let cool before serving
