Description

A quick and easy cheese sauce for fries made in an air fryer. Perfect for dipping or drizzling over your favorite fries.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1 tbsp all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper


Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a small bowl, mix flour, salt, and pepper.
  3. Melt butter in a heatproof dish inside the air fryer for 1 minute.
  4. Stir in the flour mixture until smooth.
  5. Gradually add milk while stirring to avoid lumps.
  6. Cook for 2-3 minutes until the mixture thickens.
  7. Add shredded cheese and stir until fully melted and smooth.
  8. Serve warm with fries.
