Description
Crispy, cheesy cauliflower steaks made in the air fryer for a quick and delicious meal.
Ingredients
- 1 large head cauliflower
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Cut cauliflower into 1-inch thick steaks.
- Brush both sides with olive oil.
- Sprinkle with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
- Place in air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 10 minutes.
- Flip steaks and cook for another 8 minutes.
- Sprinkle cheeses on top and cook for 2 more minutes.
- Garnish with parsley before serving.
Notes
- Use firm cauliflower for best results.
- Adjust cooking time based on thickness.
- Add other seasonings if desired.
